RETURNS
Offside Napoli intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer by sending an email for the return authorization request within 72 working hours of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. Offside Napoli reserves the right to request product images to be returned to customers. From the return authorization, the customer is required to use fast shipping to make it, as the package must arrive at our office within 14 days, otherwise we will not accept the collection and the package will return to the customer.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To send one or more returns to Offside Napoli , the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Offside Napoli website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag. The garment must possibly be tried on without removing the tag. The return will be accepted only with the tag perfectly intact. In no case will returns be accepted with the tag cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
D) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be delivered no later than 14 working days from the return authorization
F) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the Offside Napoli website.
Offside Napoli reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.

G) We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with launch dates and / or Capsule collections.

H) Any defects in the items must be reported promptly within 72 working hours from receipt of the order.

I) Returns / exchanges / withdrawals of e- commerce orders in the store can be made from Monday to Thursday from 10.00 to 17.00 and on Friday from 10.00 to 13.00, subject to prior authorization. To make the request, write an email to info@offsidenapoli.com

L) The courier, to send the return, must be the same one used by us.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
A) - To request authorization for return or exchange, the Customer must send a request to info@offsidenapoli.com within 72 working hours of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, our staff will send the customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping price will be charged to the customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk and peril: Offside Napoli is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items will be inspected by the Offside Napoli staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Offside Napoli reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

For payments with cash on delivery, we will issue a coupon of the amount spent to be used on our site or we will refund by bank transfer.

C) In the event that a return request is made, it will be effective upon our authorization, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be charged to the customer.

The amount will be deducted from the final refund. If the customer chooses to receive a credit, he will receive a code that can be used for another order and in this case the amount will be the same as the returned items.

D) In ​​the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Offsidenapoli.com , it is required to follow the same instructions above. offsidenapoli.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

E) Swimwear and underwear (bikini, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and shipped to the customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

F) Returns authorized by Offsidenapoli.com must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

G) Offsidenapoli also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.

REIMBURSEMENT
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid with Paypal ) or bank transfer. For payments with cash on delivery, we will ask customers if they wish to receive a coupon of the amount spent or a refund by bank transfer. The 5 Euro surcharge for choosing cash on delivery as a payment method will not be refunded. It may take at least ten days for the refund to appear on your account, due to bank times.
